This comment is regarding Sam and the guys in service. They were excellent, professional, personable and efficient. I asked this time also. But of course, the following business day I was contacted by a salesperson trying to buy my car. Please please stop. I would love a white Kia but I can’t do any additional business with you now that I see I get these harassing calls/emails/texts. And pls for the love of god, stop the “happy bday” auto calls from pat. It’s awful and frankly, cheapens your business. Can’t it just be enough that I don’t want to sell/trade my car? I’m a working twin mom, begging you to STOP CALLING ME and fire the marketing genius who came up with these “low hanging fruit” ideas. More
