Pleasant. Only complaint, after the tires were rotated, the air pressure should have been checked. Driving home my dash let me know that two tires are low. I bought my car from Coastal KIA in 2017 and I have had it regularly serviced since then. The service consultant, Sam Weisman and I carefully go over what has been going on with my KIA and what needs to be it regularly serviced since then.
