Routine maintenance for a 2023 Niro. Easy to work with the service department, they picked up the car on time and returned it upon completion. There was an issue with the modem in the ca Easy to work with the service department, they picked up the car on time and returned it upon completion. There was an issue with the modem in the car that Kia Connect was ZERO help with. Two weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from them “shortly”. The service department here diagnosed it it and have ordered a new modem. They kept me informed through the process. I consider the communication to be extremely important. Good to have local people who know what they are doing even is the national reps seem to not care. More
