Very helpful, even though the other agent I was working with was out that day, he filled right in! Everything went smoothly, right down to calling other agencies for the exact car I wanted.. . My salesman Jan was a real pleasure to do business with. No pressure from him and a real people person. Every person I dealt with from my salesman to finance were very helpful and accommodating. The service department is I feel the most important dept after leasing or purchasing a car. I am hopeful that my rating stays the same once I start using the service dept .
