I apologize for being a customer. I am 67 years old. I do not hear or see well and live in constant pain. My doctors tell me I have very little time left. I had seen Pat Koballa in his T.V. adds and though I have not been to a car dealer in 40 years I thought I would give the dealership a try. Now I regret I ever did. I let my guard down and now I am stuck with a car I like and a dealership I despise. The idea was to get a dependable car with a low monthly payment. When I found finally found the paperwork I went ballistic. Much to angry to appear or call The price is so so but the Wrap Pack somebody slipped into the deal was not requested and brings the financed amount plus my $2,000.down payment very close to the price of a new car. I have re-written this several times in an effort not to tell you what I really think. The doctor has finally gotten my blood pressure down from 210/160 to write you this note. Brandon Wright is a very nice guy but someone added this Wrap Pack to the invoice without my consent. Tyler is a very nice guy but his desk for signing was a blurry glare. Now I have a car I like and a dealership I despise. No deal just agony. I don't no what to do about service for the car as I never want to come to the dealership again. John Metts More
