I was looking for a Certain model car, Kia Forte, for my son to drive back and forth to college I checked the lot for what they had that was late model with lower mileage. I talked to Kelvin Swinson on the phone and explained what I was looking for and he said he’d call me if a white Forte came in. I didn’t expect to hear back for a while. He called me two days later and was excited to tell me that exactly what I was looking for had just come in. I was surprised and made an appointment to see him that same afternoon. He was absolutely correct because it was spot on what we were looking for. The sales process was quick and painless, quite enjoyable actually. We have been well satisfied with the car. Coastal Kia has called to check on us a couple of times. I would highly recommend Coastal Kia! More

Salesman was great! Worked deal over the phone and when we came to pick it up, everything was as we discussed. Finance department, not so much. Had to wait over 45 minutes before starting the process of we came to pick it up, everything was as we discussed. Finance department, not so much.
