My advisor was fine but The reps that make the appointments don’t know what they’re doing. When I called to make my appointment I explained in detail the issues I was having. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there were no technicians available to examine my car and that I’d have to leave it all day. I wasn’t able to leave my car overnight so I left. Then I got a text from the dealer that said I was a “no show” and did I want to reschedule the appointment! Very poor service. More
Once again the service dept proves its ineptitude. 15,000 service, tires rotated. Tire pressure should be 33 psi front and 30 rear and this is close to what it was when I brought it in. When I got 15,000 service, tires rotated. Tire pressure should be 33 psi front and 30 rear and this is close to what it was when I brought it in. When I got the car back, the right front was 38, left front was 30, right rear was 26 and right rear was 33. How hard can it be to get the pressure correct? Makes me wonder what else was done improperly or not at all. More

My sales executive Dwight was good and paid attention to my needs. The dealer is nice and clean. I really enjoyed how easy going was the sale. I do encourage Dwight to be patient with the clients who like me get very anxious when buying a car. At some point I felt (I might be wrong) he lost his patience and was frustrated. Other than that, great experience and good dealer. More
Courteous employees. My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More
