I cannot recommend Costa at Cobb County Toyota enough! His knowledge and professionalism as a service rep advisor are truly outstanding. What impressed me most was how thoroughly he explained everything about my 2002 Toyota Sequoia service needs. He broke down each repair in detail, not just what needed fixing, but why it needed attention, how they'd fix it, when it would be completed, and what the costs would be. This level of transparency is rare to find these days. Costa was upfront about all costs and honest about what services were truly necessary versus what could wait. His clear explanations helped me make informed decisions without feeling pressured or confused. Because of his exceptional service, I will now specifically ask for Costa whenever I bring my vehicle in. Costa is definitely your go-to person at Cobb County Toyota.
