Everyone in the service dept. was courteous and did not talk"down" to me as I am 90 years old which happens a lot at other establishments. Thanks for your excellent help. The service department is effective and nice. However, when you have older citizen (I am one) I wish they give clear instructions in technology. So, I function in a cloudy world in relation to the radio stations etc. May be when they sell you the car, don't cram your head. Maybe the second or third visit you can approach this. We felt an ENORMOUS amount of pressure to buy the car which was uncomfortable. It was the car we wanted, so not disappointed with the car, just the experience. It was so much that we didn’t even have time to ask about keys to the car, so after we signed, they gave us one key, and we would have liked two. At that point, they told us to go to service and buy another, which was over 400$!! Would have been nice to know before we bought the car. Also when we got the car home, I noticed an exposed screw in the back, and there was a plastic cover missing. I took the car back and was told there was nothing they could do, and I had to go to parts and order it myself. It was a 50$ part, yes 50$, and I was shocked that they would not fix that after I just spent 40K on the car. Didn’t seem like too much to keep a customer happy. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership, and probably would not come back to buy another car…which we are in the market for. More
