Buying my car here was great, but everything since I drove the car off the lot has been horribly inconvenient. When I tried to get my paperwork, the password was spelled incorrectly, not allowing me to access my paperwork. I had to go in 2 times to try to get any access to it. They did not let me know that they did not receive funding from my insurance until a month after purchase, meaning they did not submit a request for title on my cap until my temporary plate is at expiration. I’m constantly running in circles to get connected to who I need. More
