A routine oil change for which I had an appointment for takes 3 hours? Quoted 1 hour, but took 3. Also, claimed to look for a rattle that id been hearing, but said would be easier if I'd bring back aft takes 3 hours? Quoted 1 hour, but took 3. A few water bottles and sweatshirts my kids left shouldn't prevent them from assessing the noise. Waste of an entire morning. More
