Made an appointment a week prior for getting my second keys and to have someone look at my ac/heater. The guy the person on the phone booked an appointment with, wasn’t even there! I even got several notifications with my appointment with Carlos last Thursday. I had two issues, was told I needed to come back for my second issue because no one would be able to help me with my Ac/heater. The person in charge took over and made sure some one looked at my ac/heater after I expressed my concerns that I don’t like having my time wasted and that I need to get it looked at today since the appointment was for that. My information was even wrong in the system after asking to get it fixed multiple times. My family and I have bought multiple cars from this location, I’ve had so much trouble here, I will not be back! More
I figured out that my new RAV4 had an alignment issue since it doesn't go straight when the steering wheel is centered. Scheduling online was very easy, and the technician I met on my appointment - Austin Meek is a nice and helpful person. He also explained that the car was still under warranty, so I would be covered. The car was fixed after 1h30 minutes, which I would say that it is quite a long time, but I understand since there are many customers waiting. However, the car is good now. I haven't experienced steering issues anymore, and I am happy. Maybe the dealer should check these issues before delivering the new car. The alignment issue is minor, but it would be great that the new cars have no issue More
I have had a problem with my Apple CarPlay in my Corolla for over a year and have tried several times to get it fixed. The service people kept telling me it would take 2 days to fix, then they told me ther for over a year and have tried several times to get it fixed. The service people kept telling me it would take 2 days to fix, then they told me there was no problem with the car. They kept insisting it was a problem with my phone. I finally lost my patience with them & they reluctantly looked further into the problem. They finally found a loose wire that was causing the problem. Why did it take a year for them to finally look for the solution? It seems to be working now, but I have lost trust in the service department. More
Mileage was enter wrong on my ticket 635880 and I had to call to fix it, which he did take care of.
