I came in to get a diagnostic run for a maintenance light that had come on. I had requested that they give me a call before doing any work on the car and when I called to check on it they had already perform that had come on. I had requested that they give me a call before doing any work on the car and when I called to check on it they had already performed a high mileage fluid flush and filter replacement. This was a $500 service I had asked them not to do on my vehicle before speaking with me first. I brought my car back the following weekend to get the brakes done, dropped it off Friday evening, and only heard Saturday morning when they opened they had my vehicle. I called around 1:30pm to check on it and was told I was receive a call back and never did. At 3pm, I showed up to get my vehicle whether it was ready or not. I was not expecting 2 rear brakes to take almost 8 hours and with no communication. It was extremely frustrating to trying and get my car serviced at this location. More
