Communication non-existent. We had to call repeatedly with no return call. Thsi means you are selling crap products? All brakes should be of great qualifty at Toyota. Absurd. Dropped the car at 7:40 am and did not have it back until the next day at 3:40 pm. Deceptive and fraudulent practices running specials and then trying to get the customer to pay an extra $200. We left 5 years ago due to this service department being crap and nothing has changed. Required 3 repeat visits after my paid service due to unchecked work, loose bolts & damaged installation. Service department was only able to offer a small refund of the work and questioned my proof thr unchecked work, loose bolts & damaged installation. I highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere for service along with their lack of willingness to work with their customers. More

I moved to the Atlanta area in 2008. I purchased my 2000 Camry in 2002 from a dealer in Richmond VA. They took care of my car until I moved. I found Cobb County Toyota, have been thro I purchased my 2000 Camry in 2002 from a dealer in Richmond VA. They took care of my car until I moved. I found Cobb County Toyota, have been through several service reps and all of them gave me a sense of trust. My 2000 Camry made it to 466,857 miles. I never felt I was being 'sold a bill of goods' when stuff happened. I had the struts replaced (my choice) and several other things (catalytic converters only lasted 150K miles) and regular scheduled maintenance. The bill was around $3.5k. I was asked if it 'was time' to look at another car. Nope. She only had $300k+ miles and had been well taken care of. Recently, the overheating was diagnosed as a blown head gasket, I knew it was time. My service rep (JC Cooper) called a sales rep (Claude Henry), who came in on his day off to get me a good deal on a 2022 Camry. We have already taken it out west on a 4000-mile journey. I have confidence Cobb County Toyota will get this newer model to 450K or beyond. More
