Adam went above and beyond to help me out with getting the truck of my dreams registered. I had a very POSITIVE car buying experience at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. I originally went to a scheduled appointment for a test drive at Boch Chevrolet in Norwood. Had a bad experience here! The car I wanted to test drive supposedly was sold prior to my arrival. Would’ve been nice to know that before driving there from Worcester. Waist of my time but was able to get a fair offer in writing from them for a similar vehicle (not the color I wanted) to the one I wanted to test drive. I called Colonial Chevrolet from the parking lot of Boch Chevy because I knew they had the car with the options & color I wanted. Spoke with Joe Pellegrini in the sales department & he confirmed they had the vehicle in stock (Boch lied to me & told me the car had been sold at Colonial!) and they would match any legitimate offer. Drove directly to Colonial Chevrolet, they matched the offer, I bought the car & picked it up the next day! No games, no back & forth with the manager making me wait....simple & straightforward. FYI, I’m a female who always feels anxious when going to a dealership to purchase a car due to the games the typical salesmen engage in. Not here!
