My interaction was with Shelly Dupre. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation... I had mentioned to her on the the phone that I had a ding to be looked as well. Though they could not help me there oil change and tire rotation... I had mentioned to her on the the phone that I had a ding to be looked as well. Had a problem with my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and had it repaired by Colonial West service department.The work was completed in a short time and was done under warranty. I have been bringing my car to Colonial because Zach in their service department is amazing! When it came time to buy a new car it was a no brainer. Typically buying a car stresses me out.
