I was trying to have a windshield replaced at another business, and was informed that they couldn't do it since there were error codes present on the computer. I showed up unannounced at the Courtesy Acu business, and was informed that they couldn't do it since there were error codes present on the computer. I showed up unannounced at the Courtesy Acura service department, thinking that it would be an ordeal to get the codes checked and cleared. Surprisingly, I was out of there less than a half hour later with the codes cleared, an explanation for their presence, and $0 charges. Great job guys! More

I really like being able to see all available times to schedule online. It's a bit of a drive but I appreciate the shuttle service they offer, it's truly a courteous offering. Mike and his service department were so helpful and gracious to me. I know it was difficult to find a tire replacement for me on short notice, but they did!
