Moved to CO from MI and wanted to upgrade my 160k 2014 RDX to a 2021 RDX (preferably AWD base silver as my 2014 one) and contacted Courtesy Acura to inquire - Rick answered promptly, immediately arranged RDX to a 2021 RDX (preferably AWD base silver as my 2014 one) and contacted Courtesy Acura to inquire - Rick answered promptly, immediately arranged an appointment to discuss things with him and there we arrived very soon at a deal that I liked and got my new 2021 RDX the way I prefered (silver, base etc) while getting a good trade-in price on my 2014 one; we arranged taking possession next weekend and Rick introduced me to Jim who took care of the actual transaction, while Vanessa was with the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and fairly fast and I will definitely use them for my service needs. Excellent experience overall and highly recommended dealership - which sometimes is not the case unfortunately as my experiences with Acura dealers in MI were excellent too but before that in the NYC suburbs were much less so More
