Rick, our internet sales guy was super easy to work with. I had a friend who lived near the dealership preview the advertised car before driving in town. Rick accommodated a detailed inspection and allowed my friend ti test drive the car. Based on his report, we decided to make a 700 mile detour to buy the car. The entire process to do our own test drive and decide was about 30 min. Then we took under an hour to actually buy the car. Vanessa, the finance / business manager was great and straight forward. Courtesy Acura offers a complimentary 90 day / 3000 mile warranty on used cars under 150k miles. As out of town buyers, the allowed us to place a deposit and transfer the balance on the purchase. All in all, a very pleasant process. Given our experience. Yes, I would recommend this dealer. More

Buying experience was horrible other than sales rep Mackenzie was very nice. Purchased 2015 Jeep that had a check engine light come on during test drive and was lied to about the cause which they told Mackenzie was very nice. Purchased 2015 Jeep that had a check engine light come on during test drive and was lied to about the cause which they told me was a misfire but ultimately was a EVAP leak that made check engine light come on so dealership just erased code and never told me. All four tires were dry rotted with one having gash on the side wall and instead of replacing tire they gave me a small credit and sent me off lot on a donut... Could have at least replaced gashed tire. Also there was a passenger side control arm that made a loud banging sound when we were driving home to Springs from Denver and when I told them about issues we were having they said problems will not be taken care of because I did not opt in for additional fees to have warranty with dealership. If you are looking to purchase a used car for a great deal do not go to this dealership, they do not believe in deals and will lie to you just to make a sale. Traded in older Jeep with no check engine light for a newer Jeep with check engine light on. Bad deal. More
