I came to them after going to another dealership, where they refused to acknowledge my car had a problem at all. It was incredibly frustrating. Initially I had called to get a second opinion on my car over the phone, which the service manager kindly provided and even emailed me information about. I had sent it to my dealership and they basically ignored it and told me there wasn't a problem. Not only did Courtesy Acura's service team take care of the problem, but they got everything covered under my warranty, which had recently expired. I'll never go back to my old dealership for anything. They worked quickly, efficiently, were great at communicating with me along the way and I really can't say enough good things about them. I didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me or do anything sneaky. They were all polite and professional. This is the only Acura dealership I trust. More
