Matt oversaw the service activities and kept me informed of the technicians findings and what was needed to solve the problem. A critical part had to be brought in from Dallas. Matt was able to have the part available the next morning. Michelle confirmed arrival of the part needed and worked with the technician assigned the following day for a perfect installation.
