It is unfortunate I'm still waiting for my replacement windshield, two-years into the original order. I know my service advisor did a top-notch job scheduling my replacement but then there was a management change and service had to process the order differently although the replacement was onsite and my car in the bay for service. Also, major kudos to the admin team, they always pick-up right away and both Kim and Susanne are always friendly. More
