Aside from being a great product, the car-buying process here was actually enjoyable. Jim Gerow was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. At no time did we feel pressured. There were no cheesy sales tactics that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. This was basically, "You want to buy a car, we'd like to sell you a car, but only if it's the right car for you." Jim was patient, answering all of our questions, pointing out the features and benefits, and just a nice person to deal with. Both Jim and Kevin made the car buying process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Crews Subaru. More

I basically got a free new car because everyone wanted a Cross trek during the pandemic. I had a Cross Trek that I bought in 2021 and it had under 10,000 miles on it. I traded it in for a brand new 2023 Im Cross trek during the pandemic. I had a Cross Trek that I bought in 2021 and it had under 10,000 miles on it. I traded it in for a brand new 2023 Impreza with all the bells and whistles. Robert sold me the Impreza as he sold me the Cross Trek in 2020. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional AND he installed the Subaru dog car back seat cover in both cars and that is incredibly time consuming! And he's from Longggg Island so we talked NYC tarsh. More
