I recently visited Crews Subaru service department for regular maintenance on my 22 BRZ. Also had received a recall letter for updating Starlink. Hadn't made an appointment, but Dena had everything take regular maintenance on my 22 BRZ. Also had received a recall letter for updating Starlink. I take my vehicle to this dealership on a regular basis for service. This recent service (oil change), I mentioned to the customer service rep that my fluids were empty and have obviously not been topped for service. This recent service (oil change), I mentioned to the customer service rep that my fluids were empty and have obviously not been topped off on my prior visits. She said she would for sure make a note of that and have them take care of that, when I picked up my vehicle and stopped to change out the BAD battery that Subaru would not change, I noticed again that my fluids were still empty. So along with the overpriced battery that I was forced to purchase, I also purchased fluids to add to my car. Thank you for nothing! More
