I had to leave my car for 2 1/2 days and Criswell provided me with a loaner vehicle at no cost to me. A lot of time and labor was involved in making the repairs and I was kept informed on a daily basis. The technician as well as his manager road tested the car and it was returned good as new. I even received a free car wash. I have been going to Criswell for over 20 years and have bought all but one of my vehicles from them. I currently have a Buick Encore and return to Criswell for all of my service needs even though the Buick dealer is right down the street from me (I live 1/2 hour away from Criswell). EVERYONE I have come in contact with over the years is professional, kind and provides exemplary service. Tammy Tipton is friendly, professional and was especially accommodating to my needs and provided updates on a daily basis as well as arranging for a loaner vehicle. More

I was given a thorough estimate "as promised" I was nervous about taking my car into the dealership for repairs knowing my warranty had just expired. Joe went a step further and upon me asking for a picture of my car's issues that he called me about, he emailed them to me immediately. Joe Guzman and Juan J. showed me they were both conciderate as well as eager to put my concerns at ease. They both took the time to explain in detail what was repaired and how they were able to extend me additional savings. When I arrived at the dealership I got into a washed and vacuumed car!!! More

The car drives like a dream! We knew exactly what color we wanted. We posted a inquiry online. Salesman Seth and Russel Carter the manager of Criswell Chevrolet followed up with phone calls and email. Several other dealers did as well. We made our decision within hours of being contacted. The price, attentiveness and courteous follow up made us drive from Virginia out to Maryland to buy the car. Once we arrived we were able to drive away within 1 1/2 hours with a new vehicle purchase. This time included a quick test drive with Seth and completing all paperwork for new car sale. Seth was very knowledgeable about the Bolt. We had been to 4 different car dealers in the area. None of the other salesman knew much about the car features which was disappointing. I was happy my son had extensively researched the car so he could confidently that Seth new the car. Both Russell and Seth were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The sale was straight forward. They honored the price we discussed. We have had the car for a week. We were not sure about the extended warranty but called in after sale to buy it. I just had a home car charger ( juicebox) installed by a electrician yesterday. So happy never have to pump gas and never need a oil changel for this car. The car has excellent safety features and has fast acceleration! I highly recommend this dealer.
