Upon ariving the salesman Kerry was very nice and straight forward after a test drive I was convenced this was the one .Kerry made the sale very smooth and no pressure.This was very important to me.He ans.all questions and talked to us like he knew and understood our needs, We got a great price and options thanks to him.This was the best sales experience I have ever had. I would recommend Criswell as the best.And Don Boone from Finance was great also. More

horrible service Unless you'd like to wait two hours for an oil change and front end alignment I would avoid this place. On top of the two hours, it took them a half hour to wash my car which I don't have a problem with if it is done correctly... which it wasn't. It looks horrible. It's like they wiped down the inside of my windows with wax...so now I have to clean them. Being a repeat buyer and customer I am very unimpressed by this service and I will not be going back. More

I live about 90 miles away from Criswell Chevrolet but they were one of the few dealerships that had a good selection of vehicles. I went to them because they had a reasonably priced Silverado with some of the features we were looking for. We talked through things for about a week up until yesterday and I was astounded by the pricing, professionalism, and courteous manner of all their employees we interacted with. Alex S. is absolutely phenomenal and a stellar salesman. There was no high pressure sales tactics, I initiated every discussion with him. I was a bit nervous driving that distance with check in hand and kids in tow but there was nothing to fear. No bait and switch, no hidden fees, etc. We actually saved nearly $300 more in those 90 miles. Steve, the finance guy truly has your best interest in mind. He did his job with absolute professionalism - asked me about my financing, when he found out my rate that was the end of the discussion. He did not attempt to sway me in favor of the manufacturer. He offered all the extra protections, asked me once in person. Explained what they were and left the decisions to us. Even if you aren't in the market for a new vehicle, stop in there... they proudly wave the gigantic American Flag, and if the rows of in stock corvettes do not impress upon you how great they are just talk to any employee in there and you'll know right away you're in good hands! Used Truck Purchase I saw the truck online and called to set up an appointment the same day. Within an hour I was in the vehicle on a test ride. Peter was my sales associate and was more than helpful with providing all the service records, and every last detail about the trucks prior history and current condition. Just like any deal ship there is a show and dance with negotiation on the final price however it was not dragged out all day. The original price I was quoted for my vehicle started very low but Peter was very accommodating with finding a happy medium and I was satisfied with the final deal. This experience was much more pleasurable than my previous purchase and would recommend Chriswell Chevrolet of Gaithersburg. More
