Great experience. I have purchased over 100 cars in my life and this was one of the best experiences. Russell is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. Gene was very courteous and respectful and engaging throughout, allowing us to take the time we needed to think whether the car was what we were looking for. I was pleased to see that the price that wa throughout, allowing us to take the time we needed to think whether the car was what we were looking for. I was pleased to see that the price that was advertised online with Capital One Auto Navigator was the price that we received, no haggling. My only complaints would be that it took so long (~4 hrs) to get to finalizing the paperwork and that a tire that had a low pressure alert during our test drive was not filled before we left with the car. The delay in the paperwork seemed to be a result of the finance department being unexpectedly understaffed that week. Gene went above and beyond for us, staying past closing hours to get the job done and then shipping our license plates to us so that we did not need to come in to pick them up with the COVID virus going around. More

Russell was awesome to work with. I had called about a truck, and he called me back, even on his day off. When he went to look for the truck, it wasn't on the lot, but he took the time to search for simil truck, and he called me back, even on his day off.
