Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort responded

Christine, We are sorry to hear that you feel like you were treated unfairly. I personally just looked up your FordPass account, which was set up at the time of your delivery with your sales consultant. It shows that you have 42,747 points, which amounts to $213.74. The 42,000 points were what you got at the time of your purchase, and the remaining are accrued from any service you have had done since that purchase. With that being said you did get your free oil changes in the form of points, because that is how the free oil changes are handled on a new car purchase. You also signed a form during the time of delivery that stated this. As for the purchase of your new vehicle - you signed the paperwork and agreed to the price back in March, and we haven't heard anything from you regarding your purchase until now. It seems there was miscommunication along the way, and we are being penalized for that. We kept our promise, and we kindly ask that you take this review down as we did follow through on our promise.
