What's important here is that I have a trustworthy relationship with Roberto and the service team. This is key when you are spending your hard earned money! VERY dissapointed in Currie Motors!!! I've been a loyal customer since 2002 when I purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and then again in 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I've had ALL my service work customer since 2002 when I purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and then again in 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I've had ALL my service work done there for 18 years! Today I wanted to order the new Mustang Mach E electric vehicle and was told they would NOT accept the Ford X-Plan even though I had the X-Plan number and the printout of what it should cost from Ford. I let them know how loyal I had been all these years but I guess they weren't so "Nice to do Business With" when it came to me!! This afternoon my wife and I are going to Terry's Ford in Peotone to order the car with the X-Plan. When I talked to Rich at Terry's he told me no problem. Don't know if I'll go back to Currie and that's a shame since I'm so close I can walk there. More
