She is extremely thorough in reviewing my service records with me, immediately prior to a scheduled appointment, and she also makes recommendations for what is needed down the road for subsequent visits. If there is additional recommended service(s) arising from technicians' findings during a scheduled visit, Jenna explains everything clearly and reviews the added costs for those recommendations. The time and effort Jenna takes to review my Service records is extremely helpful in planning for maintenance and costs. She is an excellent Service Advisor!!! More
