The best auto buying experience I’ve ever had! We felt she was really an advocate for her customer. Once we arrived to the dealership we were in and out within 2.5 hours. While at the dealership we had the pleasure of also working with Sales Manager Dennis Fike and Finance Manager Ray Furslew. All three of the employees we dealt with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in the deal we were getting during this crazy auto market. It was well worth the 45 minute drive (passing two other Honda dealers) to see Kat & team at DCH Kay Honda! Highly recommended! More

This was my third CRV purchase, however my first time at DCH Kay Honda. Kat was an amazing sales person! Kat made my purchase stress free and easy! I was contact regarding a recall. I scheduled an 8 am appointment. I was greeted swiftly with a pleasant greeting. Is. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Called morning off to see if a time slot was available for an oil change and some overdue service. The service department was able to accommodate me on short notice. Car was ready quicker than expected, and Joe B let me know that he was applying a discount from an email coupon, which was greatly appreciated. It's not always to keep track of email and standard mail coupon offers, and it's sometimes hard to match up the special with the service needed in a specific time frame, so I am always thankful when the staff looks out for you. That's the kind of thing that keeps a customer coming back! Thanks Joe! More
