I worked with John Tavarez in my search for a Honda Pilot. He was outstanding from start to finish. It started with a pleasant test drive which allowed my wife and me to get familiar with the car. We had personal circumstances which delayed our decision for a while, but John stayed in touch. A few weeks later we knew the exact model and configuration we wanted and he kept an eye out and alerted us immediately when it was arriving. We agreed on a fair price for the new vehicle very quickly, avoiding the usual time-consuming process. When we arrived with our trade-in we again were given a fair price immediately. I'd recommend him without reservation. More
