I won’t say I don’t still naturally get suspicious, but my experience with DCH Paramus was the very opposite of those feelings I left with from my first experience at a car dealership. Everyone at DCH Paramus was very polite. Paul and Kamal were very helpful, patient, thorough, and swift of the process and helping me get a deal I was comfortable with. Mix, who showed me all the features of the car, was also very patient and thorough. Even when I felt I needed to do things quickly, they kindly reassured me and did not rush me, which meant gold to me. Ultimately, I am glad I was able to find a deal without sacrificing quality.
