completely unresponsive to questions about status of title I purchased a pre owned vehicle on July 2 2019 with cash. As I finalized the deal with the finance department, I was assured that I could pick up the I purchased a pre owned vehicle on July 2 2019 with cash. As of July 30, I still do not have my title, and my temporary plates expire tomorrow. I made numerous calls and emails to the dealer about the status of my title, but no one returns calls about the status of my title and when I will receive it. Is it possible the dealer sold a car to which they do not have the title? Throughout the negotiation, I informed them that the car would be registered in another state, where I would be moving. I cannot register the car without the title. It would seem reasonable that the dealer could give me credible information about the title and when I would receive it, rather than just letting emails and voicemails go unanswered. If the title is being handled by NJ MVC, then at least someone could inform me and advise what to do with my soon to expire temporary plates. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Based on this experience, I just bought another car on Carvana. More

Best Delivery Coordinator Ever DCH Paramus Honda's Delivery Coordinator Hamad Deeb is phenomenal. He came in on his day off just to help me with my set-up issues. He worked for over DCH Paramus Honda's Delivery Coordinator Hamad Deeb is phenomenal. He came in on his day off just to help me with my set-up issues. He worked for over 2 hours, even calling Apple twice (we were hung up on the 1st time) to figure out why my Apple Car Play wouldn't connect to my car. I even told him that I thought it was a problem with my phone settings (which it was) and likely not Honda's problem. He insisted on doing everything possible to help me and he resolved the issue. He trained me further on how to use more of the electronic settings (so many changes from my 2016 Honda CR-V) which was not required by Honda (there's a check-off list on things that must be reviewed). Hamad went far, far, far beyond what was called for making my end experience with DCH Paramus Honda great! Of note, Alex Bernabe, my sales person worked as hard he could to get me the best deal he could and make me happy. He also continued to help me with things I needed after my car as sold. That was appreciated. More
