I've been a steady customer of DCH Paramus Honda ever since the dealership moved from New York City to Paramus, N.J., and have procured two Honda Civic Hybrids and now a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. My exp since the dealership moved from New York City to Paramus, N.J., and have procured two Honda Civic Hybrids and now a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. My experiences with Sales Representative Mr. Alex Bernabe was for the purchase of the two Honda Civic Hybrids and this 2024 Accord Hybrid has always been of the most professional caliber and polite manner as he has both detailed knowledge of the Hybrids with excellent salesmanship. I also want to thank Mr. Juan Cordon - Service Representative for his handling with the Insurance Company, and Salvage Company of the Total Loss Honda Civic 2015 plus the other associates who kept the former automobile operating flawlessly for over Nine Full Years until overcome with recent flooding in Leonia. I look forward then with continued Preventative Maintenance Schedules for the new vehicle until such time as it is deemed unwarranted by the Service Department to repair any longer and to replace it after years of trouble free on-the-road use as all my other former vehicles.
