Looking at previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue for your service center. There is no excuse for a 2-hour plus wait for an uneventful oil change. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled service time, was immediately greeted and checked-in. The stated hour wait would be acceptable, not 2+ hours. You can do better.
