I am giving a 2 star review because I had planned to go in for a one hour apointment for $125. I wound up spending many hours and $2000 and did not get my car back until the following day. Salesman was attentive and helpful while I was at the dealership, but unresponsive to phone messages and emails on his days off. Then after promising me to let me know of any delays for a Saturday delivery for the replacement car, neglected to inform me he was off on Thursday and Friday. I left two phone messages and one email over those two days, which were finally answered after 7pm on Friday. I still could not get needed info for my down-payment (amount for certified bank check). I finally got a call from the Finance department 10 minutes before the bank closed on Saturday, too late to get the certified check. Finance did step up and allow me to use a credit card for my down-payment which allowed me to get my car on the scheduled day. More

My service request was for TPSI sensor. I was told, tires and sensor checked and all cleared. It appeared that the TPSI re-appeared after I left the shop. I called service manager to alert him. When I reached home after 60 miles away, i felt vehicle swaying. It turned out that the rear driver side tire was very soft. Evidently, technicians NEVER checked out the TPSI sensor. Besides, I have full NITROFILL coverage for the tire but no I am forced to put regular air into the tire. You are left endangered instead of secured! How can one trust this kind of work from a dealer, especially when you are so far away? There was a previous incident also that I really did not want to mention but now I need to bring it up because it shows how careless these folks are! I drove out the shop with a loud noise coming from under the radiator. It turned out that they has forgotten to screw on the cover plate after inspecting vehicle from below. More
