Mike Giordano is an absolute gem. I've been having a lot of car issues this year (my own terrible luck) and have had to stop in with frequency. Broken cars cause big headaches and the stress can be frenetic of car issues this year (my own terrible luck) and have had to stop in with frequency. Scheduled regular service and vehicle state inspection for Prius but had to cancel because car wouldn't start. Tiffany said to bring the car in without an appointment after it started. Tiffany kindly went beyond the call of duty by showing me where a local restaurant was where I could wait. I've been bringing my 2 Toyotas to DCH Wappingers since moving to NY 2 years ago and have always been pleased with the service. More
