Scheduled appointment to test drive Toyota Tacoma SR5, arrived at the scheduled time the following day. Was informed that 1) car was sold 2) no Tacomas available to test drive 3) any Tacoma purchased woul arrived at the scheduled time the following day. Was informed that 1) car was sold 2) no Tacomas available to test drive 3) any Tacoma purchased would be charged $2000 higher than sticker price 4) they didn't know why I wasn't informed of the unavailability prior to rearranging my schedule and driving 30 minutes to an appointment that the salesmen were unaware of 5) they understood why I was frustrated. Overall poor customer service from any perspective. More

I walked into DCH Toyota and immediately felt at home. I was greetted by Avi with a “If you need anything let me know” not a how can I sell you something greeting. He did not pressure me to go above my budget and I got the Toyota Avalon Limited over $100 under what I was paying for my traded in vehicle. I even got an extended warranty, lifetime oil changes and 6 years tire protection under that price. Awesome job.
