We brought the car in for regular maintenance, but other issues were found. The team (Michael) worked with us to explain what needed to be done and the options we had. We had to leave the car overnight, but issues were found. The team (Michael) worked with us to explain what needed to be done and the options we had. We had to leave the car overnight, but the service team paid to have my wife driven home and taken back to retrieve the car when it was finished. We had to spend much more than expected, but at least I understand why. More
