Scheduled service and inspection Everyone was pleasant and professional (especially Alicia!!). Being as it was an early morning appointment I really appreciated the bagels and coffee Everyone was pleasant and professional (especially Alicia!!). Being as it was an early morning appointment I really appreciated the bagels and coffee. The only problem was the fact that one of the other patrons was permitted to bring his two dogs into the waiting area (they were NOT) service dogs. The patron allowed one dog to sit on several chairs...which is really unsanitary. One of the dogs growled and snapped at another patron when he approached. As both dogs were on rather long leashes, this made me quite uncomfortable. This man was quite inconsiderate. I would hope in the future that SOMEONE in the dealership would prevent the possibility of someting like this occuring by only allowing service animals in the waiting area. More

Our go-to salesman is Michael Newsham and he delivers quality service and support with a smile every time. He is always patient with any questions and will go over every part of the transaction several times if need be. He indulges often unrelated stories and comments and never rushes the process. I just picked up my most recent vehicle, a 2019 CHR XLE in Blue Eclipse Metallic and absolutely love it so far! Thanks for being a great dealership and making sure that each visit whether for sales or service is a positive one.
