The staff needs to pay a little bit more attention, especially when customers are waiting. During one trip this year my car was done and after about two hours I went to check the status, and I was especially when customers are waiting. During one trip this year my car was done and after about two hours I went to check the status, and I was told that the car was done an hour ago but he could not “find” me in the dealership! This also applies when customers are checking-in. More
