Normal 25,000 mile service. Everything went extremely smooth. I was a little early for my appointment and they took me right away. Amazing I stopped by on a whim because I needed a oil change. They took me right in and worked with me. My kids even spilt chocolate milk on the floor. They saw me cleaning it up and they were so good and said no worry we got it. They all were so nice and helpful. They told me it was my last oil change covered under my lease which was great to know and told me when I would need new tires around and priced t out for me. 75,000 mile servicing Service rep seemed flustered. Too many papers on her desk, too many screens open on her computer.... Service rep pulled up the wrong customer file and Service rep seemed flustered. Too many papers on her desk, too many screens open on her computer.... Service rep pulled up the wrong customer file and tried to sell me $500 worth of services that had already been done on my car at 60,000 miles. Once the error was realized I was then told that the only service that was due was tire rotation..... and the all point inspection. Following the tire rotation the service rep tried to upsell me again for another several hundred dollars of servicing, brake fluid flush transmission fluid flush and fluid replacement etc. I settled on a new cabin air filter and rejected the up selling. Over the past 4 yrs the actual services performed by the technicians seem to be very good quality work. It really bothers me though that every service appointment comes with up selling of costly services and a request for me to trade in my car or to upgrade to a new vehicle or more costly model. I did not want the free maintenance as I do all myself. K&N cabin and air filters. All good and would recommend. A+. More
