Rude sales people......great manager....friendly secretary My salesperson was rude he threw my keys on the desk towards me and he threw a pen on the desk at me which I felt was very rude. And while walking awa My salesperson was rude he threw my keys on the desk towards me and he threw a pen on the desk at me which I felt was very rude. And while walking away I heard him mumble “now I have to deal with this sh*t” referring to the starter interrupter that I had on my pervious car. He told me I wasn’t going to get anything for my trade in and when it was appraised I got a value of $2000 which “surprised” him. I had to speak to a manager because at one point he told me “just borrow money from someone and pay them back in a couple of weeks” which is very unprofessional and actually made not even want to be bothered with this dealership at all. I waited a week to receive my car because of title issues and when I tried to speak with my salesperson he was just giving me the run around. Once I spoke to the manager Daryl everything was taken care of right away and I got my car that same day. The finance guy was antisocial and very dry not very friendly or welcoming. Both secretary’s were very friendly and helpful! More
