Lauren was wonderful. However, the other staff members didn’t initially seem to want to greet or assist me as I walked into the door. They stood, chatted with each other, However, the other staff members didn’t initially seem to want to greet or assist me as I walked into the door. They stood, chatted with each other, and looked at me but didn’t bother to acknowledge me. Lauren was the only one who made me feel welcomed in the office. She explained the process and reminded me of previous prepaid service I acquired in Baltimore. I’m a new Poughkeepsie resident and new to this location. I would appreciate staff who make me feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle for service. I would prefer not to venture to another repair service but I appreciate professionalism and good customer service. If I have to go elsewhere, I will. Thanks, Lauren. And thank you. More
