I made an appointment over a month in advance for an inspection and after waiting for nearly an hour for it to be done, was advised non of the machines for the inspection were working. My representative was very nice and quick to respond to my concern but I find that getting an appointment at this location has become challenging and the wait time for service has gotten longer. I was driving 30 minutes to this location it is where I purchased my 2018 Rav 4 but I do not think I will be back. More

I called the dealership about six times and no one returned my call. Apperantly the person answering the phone has no idea that the agent she put me through was off. I was also charged for my 25000 service …I was told was too late.my car service reminder told me it was time.I brought in right at 25000 miles..You need to get responsible people handling calls for service..Your dealership was a disappointment.Pleas look into the 25000 mishap charge.
