very satisfied the service oil change this time on 1/19/19. I came in for a conventional oil change + multi-point inspection with top off all fluids/oils. What I expect from service department is to deliver what customer ordered/purchased completely without skipping any items and customer should not have to call in advance to remind all items were needed to be performed. I did have experienced in the past items were NOT performed and had to come back. This time job was exceptionally done. I had no problem with what Mike Giordan did for me. Thank you Mike.
