Problem with new car purchase - Brand new car wouldn't start - battery dead. Michael N. the salesman came and jump started vehicle. I'm actually requesting Mike G for my rep next service (hopefully not for awhile). My only recommendation is to emphasize cleanliness, and that you give a quick power wash (3 mins) to spray down exterior of body, and quick interior check as well. I've never seen the outside of my truck that dirty (covered in spring debris and yellow) and there is a grease/oil stain on interior drive side door (cloth material). .Had to go to the car wash right away, Simple fix that will go a long way with clientele after the $$$ spent.
