Toyota Does Not Care aBout Customers After A Car Is Sold My 2019 RAV4 was experiencing transmission issues. I researched the problem and found a fix. The fix was a software upgrade. When I went to Toyota the My 2019 RAV4 was experiencing transmission issues. I researched the problem and found a fix. The fix was a software upgrade. When I went to Toyota the person I spoke to tried to convince me that the problem I complained about was not a problem and that I should drive the car differently. I insisted and produced a Toyota Service Bulletin about the problem. Only then did Toyota agree to look at the problem. I also had a tire that was leaking air slowly. Months before this visit Toyota looked at the sa,e tire and said nothing was wrong. After not hearing from Toyota for 7 hours, went back to the Dealership. I was told that my car is still not ready and that the representative has to talk to the technician. Then I was told that the technician did verify my complaint about the transmission and upgraded the software as per the service bulletin. According to the technician the tire had a sidewall puncture. Suspicious, but I couldn't prove otherwise. Toyota then said they don't have a replacement tire and that I should go elsewhere to replace the tire. Why did Toyota make me wait for 7 hours and not call me to let me know the status? When I arrived the car was already serviced. I was made to wait unnecessarily. POOR COMMUNICATION. Disappointed that Toyota made no effort to obtain a replacement tire so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere. POOR SERVICE. I should not have to spend time to convince Toyota to correct an obvious problem with a seven-month old car. Why did Toyota try to convince me that my driving was the problem instead of the lousy software controlling the transmission? VERY DISAPPOINTED. More

I was also happy to see my salesman, Wadie, who sold me the car two years ago. He informed me not to hesitate to call him if I ever had any questions. Now that's what I call stellar u.
