Mt last experience was horrible. They are very unreliable. They kept my car for 4 days and didn't even look at it until I complained. Someone finally looked at it while I was on the phone with Anthony. Mind you, I only git to talk to him when I threatened to talk to the manager; then the woman who was the messenger finally put Anthony on the phone. Of course the part the car needs had to be ordered and Anthony told me it would be available in 4 to 7 days and he'd call me when it came in. I went to Ford to pick up my car because I had to go back to work, and I paid $1300 for the part. Three weeks went by and as usual no phone call. Someone actually called me 5 days ago for a "review of my experience" and I told her everything I mentioned here. This woman apologized profusely and told me the part is in and someone would call me to arrange an appointment to.get it installed. Of course there has been no phone call. Anthony promised me I'd get the car back the same day. What are the chances of that happening? If it doesn't happen, as I expect, I think I have the right to charge Ford for all the Uber rides I'll have to take to and from work until I get my car back. More
