My Ford Edge 2019 started to over heat and I had to get it towed by ford road side. They couldn’t provide me with a courtesy car so I had to get a rental on my own. Rental came out to about $1250.00 and wa it towed by ford road side. They couldn’t provide me with a courtesy car so I had to get a rental on my own. Rental came out to about $1250.00 and warranty department only was able to provide $400. I had to use my insurance company which they only cover $500. I shouldn’t have had to go through my insurance company to help with the rental. Ford customer care agent assigned to my case hasn’t gotten back to me but she stated was only able to cover the rental after a diagnostic was completed. Car was in ford shop from 6/30-7/22. The car took a while to get looked at by a mechanic and was only looked at by a technician. I wasn’t able to get a diagnostic til about the last week it was there. Felix was very apologetic. Process was very stressful and I don’t think I’ll be leasing with ford after my lease is up. More
Everyone connected with setting this appointment was outstanding. The service personnel set up our first valet service with pickup and delivery times.
