Car picked up for service on February 14, and was returned on February 26. Between this time, I had to call several times regarding completion or resolution of problem, left several messages with rec returned on February 26. Between this time, I had to call several times regarding completion or resolution of problem, left several messages with receptionist for service advisor, Mr. Barrow and never received a call back from him. I called a few days before delivery and agreed to the 26. I noticed a “nick” on right side front, paint off and crack at bottom of right headlight. I called on the 27 of February, spoke with Mr. Neil Barrow, made him aware of the above findings, He said he would speak with the service manager. Being lied to by not only my service advisor but also the service manager, they way they speak to you if you get contacted at all is belittling. Also having my car there for 2 weeks before having to have man service manager, they way they speak to you if you get contacted at all is belittling.
